I walked in Last Thursday morning and spoke with David and the store manager about potentially having some front end work and ride control work done as well as inspecting my front control arms etc as my truck has high miles and everything is original. David performed two new hub assembly replacements, complete strut and shock replacement, rotate and balance of my tires, front end alignment and a battery replacement and returned to the vehicle to me that evening after staying late to complete the work. They did all this work with me as a walk in with no appointment! I cannot compliment these guys and this shop enough. Great work

Manager running this place needs to be put in training or fired immediately. Terrible customer service by their manager Eric. Specifically asked for 10.5 in the back and 9.5 in the front and they ordered me 9.5 and 8.5. Eric proceeded to tell me I was wrong and that there was nothing to talk about because I was the one who made the mistake. The wheel is not even the same illustration. β€œCompletely different wheel”I spent $3,200 and was treated awful. 0/10 do not recommend using this location unless you want the wrong wheels installed on your car. 9.5/8.5 was never talked about at all, no clue where this guy got the info from but that isn’t even stock spec for a 2015 Nissan 370z nismo. They would not take responsibility and refused to help me while I was there in person. DO NOT WORK WITH ERIC- Terrible people skills and took out his personal anger/mistakes out on me. Very unprofessional. It’s been 2.5 weeks and Les Schwab has not offered to resolve this problem at all. 0/10

I like this particular location. They have helped me with difficult stuff like tractor tires and heavy equipment tires. I never feel like they are trying to cheat me or maximize revenue by selling me things I don't need. My experience at a couple other Les Schwab outlets has not been as good but this one is reliable seemingly every time.

Unfortunately have to come and write this review. Tire install? Great no issues. Got brakes done recently and then had this crazy rattle for the last three months or so. Thought it was another Tacoma suspension rattle Issue. Nope. Y'all forgot a bunch of hardware for the damn brakes. Literally nuts and bolts. Not even there. And I've got video from the shop I took it to for proof!! How do you forget that? Just lost a 20 yr customer that's for sure. And no I didn't want to bring it back for the warranty cause ain't no way in hell I trust y'all anymore. So why risk it? Id you cut corners on a lowly Tacoma brake job what the hell else are you guys cutting corners on?

I brought my motherβ€˜s car in with a deflated tire. They immediately identified the car, asked no questions, fixed the leak, adjusted the air in the other three tires, and charged me nothing. All the service people were friendly. The waiting room was pleasant and supplied free bottled water, coffee, popcorn, and even telephone battery charging. I have never encountered a business more customer-friendly and service-oriented. Kudos!!!
